Your customised jewellery arrives in a gift box, crafted with care and delivered with love. We’re able to include a personalised gift card message, please let us know in the notes section, when making a payment, if you would like to add a message.
We provide worldwide shipping.
As our jewellery is custom crafted, please allow between 2-4 weeks for delivery.
We aim to give you a fun and effortless experience.
As our jewellery is crafted uniquely to you, we’re unable to offer refunds/exchanges/repairs. Therefore, please ensure all specifications and details provided, including spelling, colour and size, are correct.
If you would like a name / statement spelt, structured, or translated in a specific way, please provide your preferred spelling in the language you would like your jewellery piece made in. We cannot offer a refund or replacement if you’re not happy with the final spelling, once your item has been dispatched.
Please also note that we’re not responsible for missing items, if the delivery address provided is incorrect.
Customers will be responsible for all custom or duty charges that will be applicable to their country of residence. Payment will need to be made upon delivery and HAWA London is not responsible.
There will be no refunds or exchanges from HAWA London if the package is sent back for any reason. If you would like HAWA London to redeliver your package, you will need to pay for a redelivery fee.
